What if I was sent the wrong item?
On the rare occasion this may occur, please visit the Returns Portal and follow the prompts to lodge a request.
We will investigate the issue and a member from our friendly Customer Service team will be in touch as quickly as possible.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us!
